Description

The Silikomart Green Glaze Spray is a professional ready-to-use solution for rapid finishing of fresh or frozen desserts such as mousses, semifreddos, cakes with glaze or chocolate. Thanks to the Bag-On-Valve technology, the spray is uniform and stable, even when the container is tilted or upside down, maintaining the glaze without oxidation.

Ingredients: water, glucose syrup, fructose, humectant: E420; invert sugar syrup, thickening agent: E406; acidity regulator: E330; thickening agent: E440; colorant: E102*; dextrose, stabilizer: E413; preservative: E202; colorant: E133; thickening agent: E466. * May have adverse effects on activity and attention in children. May contain: soy, milk, and sulfites.

Instructions for use: If stored below 17°C, allow the product to rest at an environment between 18°C and 25°C for at least 2 hours before use. Spray a uniform layer approximately 20-25 cm from the surface of the semifreddo prepared at -18°C / -23°C in a blast freezer. After glazing, place the semifreddo in the blast freezer at -18°C / -23°C for at least 2 hours and up to 3 days. After at least 2 hours in the blast freezer, thaw the glazed semifreddo in the refrigerator at 4°C and consume within 1 day. Store the product between 10°C and 25°C. Do not refrigerate the spray.
