The Orion GRANDE oval roasting pan is made of cast aluminum with a double PFLUON GRANIT non-stick coating, allowing you to cook with minimal fat and helping retain heat so food stays warm for longer. It includes a heat-resistant glass lid with an opening for adding water, wine, or liquid seasonings without removing it.
Suitable for oven use and gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops. The roasting pan withstands temperatures up to 230 °C and the lid up to 200 °C. Both are dishwasher-safe.
