Instructions for Use:

• Collect urine sample in a clean, dry container.
• Dip the test strip into the urine up to the designated line and hold for 5 seconds.
• Place the strip on a flat, dry surface.
• Read the result within 5 minutes, no later than 10 minutes.
• Two red lines of equal intensity or the test line darker than the control line indicate a positive result.
