For best results, it is recommended to apply on clean, damp hair. After washing and towel-drying your hair, apply an amount about the size of two walnuts from mid-lengths to ends and gently massage to ensure it is well absorbed. Leave the mask on for at least 5 minutes, ideally wrapping your hair in a warm towel for better hydration. Don't forget to rinse with lukewarm to cool water to close the hair cuticles and "lock in" the nutrients.
