The heating pad was purchased on 10/14/2022 and broke down a few days ago. Therefore, it didn't last even 2 years, with a 3-year warranty. I informed the store to learn about the exchange process, and they told me that I need to bring it in and send it to the Beurer representative to decide.

Decide what exactly? Is their product covered by a 3-year warranty or not? Unacceptable policy from the representative. I don't know what they will decide, but for products that cannot be repaired, other companies offer IMMEDIATE replacement. Even if there is an issue with the cable, which is not the case here, companies do not send separate cables. The circuit burned out earlier than the warranty, and now the customer is suffering the inconvenience.

Most customers will not bother to go back and forth to a store for a €30 product, so the company avoids returns of products under warranty. It's a shame because I always bought Beurer. Now I will not choose them again.

Unacceptable bad product, no warranty provided. After just 5 uses, it short-circuited and caught fire. And the second one we had also experienced a short circuit. And of course, Beurer does not provide any warranty, as when we contacted them, not even after 3 years of warranty, they claimed it was due to misuse. The simple use of the heating pad was considered by the company as misuse, as they couldn't justify the short circuits and ignition. Of course, they never replaced them. Despite the risk of getting burned, they only spent a few minutes to send them back, without ever explaining what happened and what the three-year warranty actually covers.

In less than a month, the plastic coating had torn in many places. Good heating capacity, but very cheap material quality. I was not satisfied with my choice

Wonderful. It is incredibly good, it heats up in seconds. Unlike the reviews that say that the 3rd level doesn't heat up enough, I have to say that it is excessively warm as long as you leave it on you. I am a person who constantly needs the heating pad on me during winter when I read or work or even when I sleep. I don't think you need a higher temperature when you use it extensively because otherwise, you will harm your skin and irritate it. I would highly recommend it!
