The FR55 work jacket is made from BizFlame Work fabric, designed for environments requiring thermal and multidimensional protection. It features reflective tape and warning strips on the sleeves and shoulders, a concealed zipper with hidden buttons, and practical pockets. The construction includes triple stitching and adjustable cuffs for increased durability.

• Material: BizFlame Work: 99% cotton, 1% carbon fibers, 350 g; fabric with antistatic properties.
• Protection: against radiant, convective, and contact heat. Welding protection class 2 and certified protection against molten metal splashes.
• Visibility elements: warning tape sewn with double stitching and reflective tapes on the shoulders and sleeves.
• Durable construction: triple stitching, concealed zipper with hidden buttons, adjustable Velcro cuffs.
• Functional pockets: two chest pockets with button closures under flaps and two lower pockets with button closures; radio loops.
• UV protection: fabric with UPF 40+ filter blocking 98% of UV radiation.

The BizFlame Work fabric is designed and manufactured from modern flame-resistant fibers with added carbon fibers and antistatic properties. The material’s thickness and triple stitching ensure durability and longer service life under intensive use.

The product meets, among others, the specifications: EN ISO 11612 (A1+A2, B1, C1, E2, F1), EN ISO 11611 Class 2 (A1+A2), EN 1149-5, IEC 61482-1-1 (ELIM 8.6 cal/cm², ATPV 9.8 cal/cm²), IEC 61482-1-2 APC 1, EN 17353 Type B2 and ASTM F1959/F1959M-12 (ATPV=13.6 cal/cm², HAF=82%). Testing and certification are conducted by SATRA Technology Europe Ltd (Certification Body Number: 2777).
