I bought a large-size shirt through their e-shop; apart from the fact that it took 7 days to arrive from Thessaloniki to Athens, they sent me a small. I called them about ten times and they didn’t answer. I read that they do not accept refunds, only exchanges, and to change it there is a procedure. In the end I kept it to give as a gift because they are unreliable. Then don’t ask why people buy from abroad and don’t prefer Greek stores.
