For me, it's coffee relaxed until the group is filled without pressing the coffee, 120ml of water and medium to low temperature. When the coffee is ready, I turn it down to the minimum, and when it starts to bubble from the valve and the sound changes, I pour into the glass/shaker whatever has come out and throw away the rest, when I want only the crema. When I want quantity, I use everything that comes out, but when 1/3 of the container is filled with coffee, I turn off the heat so it doesn't burn the coffee completely at the end.
I recommend buying coffee from a coffee shop, freshly ground, and not pre-packaged from the supermarket—you'll notice a huge difference.

You need to find the right moment during brewing so you don't let the coffee boil and lose its aromas or become bitter.
