The basic version sling is suitable for a wide variety of users and lifting tasks. It supports the entire body except for the head and is ideal for lifting, moving, and positioning users who can control their head but have reduced control over the rest of their body. It can be used from a seated or lying position, such as from a bed or wheelchair.

It is made of perforated durable fabric, which allows the body to breathe, and has perimeter strength straps for safe lifting. The perforated fabric provides body ventilation and easier use during bathing. The pocket created in the center of the sling facilitates positioning, allowing the caregiver to carry it without unnecessary strain.
