The carbon monoxide detector X-Sense XC0C-MR Link+ is designed to work within the connected X-Sense Link+ alarm system. When it detects a threat, it activates a local alarm, sends a signal to other detectors in the network, and sends notifications to the app.
This model operates as part of an interconnected system where the alarm from one detector automatically triggers other devices. Communication is wired over long distances, enabling simultaneous coverage of multiple rooms. The system requires the use of the X-Sense SBS50 base (sold separately).
The control app allows monitoring of alarm status, instant notification reception, and device management from a single location. The app also offers the ability to share the system so that all family members receive notifications at the same time.
The sensor supports two alert levels – warning and full CO alarm. When the carbon monoxide concentration is high but for a short time, the system sends a warning. If CO levels persist longer, a full audible alarm is activated along with signals to other devices in the network.
The high-performance electrochemical sensor ensures stable and accurate measurement of carbon monoxide concentration, complying with EN 50291-1 standard, which means the alarm response depends on the CO level and the duration of exposure.
The illuminated LCD display indicates the current CO concentration in ppm and displays warning messages. The sensor stores alarm memory that allows you to review past events that automatically ended when CO levels subsided.
In case of emergency, the sensor activates a sound alarm with a volume of at least 85 dB, clearly audible even in adjacent rooms. Thanks to the Link+ connection, the alarm signal is spread simultaneously throughout the house.
The Test/Silence button allows you to test the system’s function and temporarily silence the alarm. After a set time interval, the sensor automatically returns to standby mode.
The detector can be placed on a flat surface or mounted on a wall using the included mounting hardware. Its simple shape and compact size allow easy integration into any room.
The maximum expected lifetime of the device is up to 10 years, while the non-replaceable lithium battery provides up to 5 years of operation under normal usage conditions. A notification system warns of low battery, malfunctions, or end of device life.
