The LalBrew® Wit yeast is a relatively neutral strain that can be used to produce a wide variety of wheat beer styles. The production of esters and phenols is lower compared to traditional Hefeweizen strains like Munich Classic.

The LalBrew® Wit provides a basic aroma profile of banana and spices, but leaves room for the brewer to showcase other spice additions typical of Belgian-style beers.
