The ACV D-42xmz002 steering wheel control adapter connects Mazda vehicle steering wheel controls to Panasonic systems via an OEM SWC connection with a 3.5 mm plug or free-end wires. It is compatible with vehicles with or without a factory-installed BOSE amplifier.

The blue/white wire provides a +12 V output for remote amplifier activation. A MULTILEAD connection cable is included for Alpine, Beat, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, LG, Nakamichi, Panasonic, Philips, Pioneer, Sony, Zenec, and other systems.
