The Pentair 2G Slimline water filter system is installed under the counter and connects to the cold-water supply, with a separate faucet mounted on the countertop. The dual filtration system includes a 5 μm polypropylene filter to trap solid particles and a Purewater CL2510 0.5 μm carbon block filter. The activated carbon filter helps reduce heavy metals, chlorine and organic compounds, while improving the taste and odor of the water.

The filter housing has 1/4" Quick Connect inlet and outlet ports and accommodates 10" filter cartridges. It has a maximum operating pressure of 8.6 bar and a maximum operating temperature of 51.7 °C. The filter housing materials are certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 42.
