Clamps & Pipe Holders

• Contents: 10 m perforated strip made of stainless steel 304; 20 screw head clamps (screw housings)
• Strip width: approximately 12.5 mm
• Thickness: approximately 0.6 mm
• Clamp head size: approximately 45 x 16 mm
• Use: pipes/plastic or metal pipes, air ducts, temporary or permanent fastenings

Assembly instructions:

• Pass the strip through the first hole of the clamp head.
• Bend the free end of the strip at ~75-90° (to aid in locking).
• Pass the bent end under the second guide of the clamp.
• Straighten the twist with pliers to fit perfectly into the slot.
• Wrap the strip around the object, mark and cut the required length; insert the end into the clamp.
• Tighten the clamp screw with a screwdriver/wrench (do not overtighten).

Notes: the edges of the strip may be sharp – use gloves; do not exceed the recommended tightening torque to avoid deforming the pipe.
