Balloon Hulls

• Lengths: 2 m / 3 m
• Material: HDPE + FRP (fiber-reinforced glass)
• Adhesive Tape: 3M-type self-adhesive tape
• Compatibility: glass and some aluminum boats with relatively straight lines
• Recommended Primer: 3M Tape Primer 94 for glass/painted metal

Installation Instructions:

• Design: place the tape cold on the hull, mark the central axis and the start/end points.
• Surface Preparation: lightly sand the bonding area with fine Scotch-Brite or P180-P220 sandpaper until uniformly matte and remove dust.
• Degreasing: thoroughly wipe with isopropyl alcohol and lint-free cloths. Let fully evaporate.
• Primer: cover the edges and apply a very thin layer of 3M Tape Primer 94, wait about 5 minutes at room temperature until the film dries.
• Working Conditions: ideal tape and substrate temperature 20-30°C.
