The vidaXL 42024243 awning motor is solar-powered and operates without an external power outlet. The detachable solar unit also supports indoor charging with a 3.5 x 1.35 mm DC adapter, which is not included. It can be operated using a wireless remote control or the detachable manual crank, providing a backup option in the event of a power outage.

The motor is designed for a folding-frame awning and includes a standard wall bracket. The package includes the frame set, crank, remote control and solar motor unit; the awning fabric and valance are sold separately. The remote control requires one CR2032 battery, which is not included.
