Description

The Silikomart brown glaze spray is a ready professional solution for the rapid finishing of fresh or frozen desserts such as mousses, semifreddos, glazed or chocolate-coated sweets. Thanks to Bag-On-Valve technology, the spray is uniform and consistent, even when the can is tilted or upside down, ensuring that the gas does not come into contact with the glaze, preserving color and flavor without oxidation.

Ingredients: water, glucose syrup, fructose, humectant: E420; inverted sugar syrup, thickener: E406; colorant: E155; acidity regulator: E330; thickener: E440; dextrose, stabilizer: E413; preservative: E202; colorant: E151; thickener: E466. May contain: soy, milk, and sulfites.

Usage instructions: If stored below 17°C, allow the product to reach a temperature between 18°C and 25°C for at least 2 hours before use. Spray an even layer from a distance of 20-25 cm onto the surface of the semifreddo that has reached -18°C / -23°C in the freezer. After glazing, place the semifreddo back into the freezer at -18°C / -23°C for at least 2 hours and up to 3 days. After at least 2 hours in the freezer, allow the glazed semifreddo to thaw in the refrigerator at 4°C and consume within 1 day. Store the product at temperatures between 10°C and 25°C. Do not store the spray in the refrigerator.
