The Filtrato CT-14D water filter system filters water in two stages: the polypropylene filter traps dirt, sediment and rust, while the Purewater CL2510 activated carbon filter reduces chlorine, odors, organic compounds, heavy metals and cysts. The replacement activated carbon filter has a nominal filtration rating of 0.5 microns and accepts 10" cartridges.

The metal unit is designed for countertop installation and includes a faucet, a faucet adapter, a distributor valve and a filter replacement wrench. It operates with cold water at temperatures from 2 °C to 45 °C. Replace the filter cartridges according to their filtration capacity or every 12 months.
