The Filtrato CHF14-USA water filter unit connects to the kitchen faucet and, using an adapter, lets you choose between filtered and unfiltered water. It includes a Purewater CL2510 activated carbon replacement filter with a filtration rating of 0.5 microns, which reduces chlorine, heavy metals, and organic compounds.

The unit operates with cold water at temperatures of 2–45 °C and accepts 10" activated carbon cartridges. The replacement filter also reduces odors, turbidity, suspended particles, pesticides, microorganisms, and cysts such as Giardia, Cryptosporidium, and Toxoplasma.
