The Nivel System MC-1D is a laser system designed for machinery operation control.
The MC-1D system allows the operator to control the height of the machine's operational element directly from the operator's cabin. This way, the operator continuously monitors the height of the bucket or blade in relation to the established reference line (which is determined by the rotary laser). By observing the indicators on the machine's sensor (or on the cabin display), the operator receives information about whether more material can be collected or if the desired depth has already been reached, thus preventing over-excavation.
The system consists of a laser sensor that receives signals from the rotary laser. It uses LED indicators to inform the operator about the current height at which the operational element (excavator bucket, bulldozer blade) should be set. This information is also displayed on the cabin receiver (RD-1MC), which functions as a screen. This setup enables quick and efficient excavation work and eliminates the need for surveying checks.
- Universal solution for many types of machinery (bulldozers, excavators, backhoe loaders)
- Faster task execution, higher productivity – the machine can process more in less time
- Increased accuracy in performed tasks
- Material savings due to more precise surface leveling
- Simpler solution for machine operation control – easy to use
- Easy and quick installation – sensor assembly/disassembly on the machine, easily transferable to another machine without adjustments
- Reduced risk of human error
- Time savings – fewer indirect measurements, fewer checks during construction (work can be continuously monitored from the cabin)
- Operation control from the operator's cabin – signals are transmitted to the cabin screen (MC-RD1)
The machine's operation is controlled for faster, more precise, and cost-effective work.
