The Axagon EEM2-SC enclosure turns an internal M.2 SATA SSD into external storage and connects to a computer via USB-C. It is powered through the USB port, with no external adapter required, and supports one M.2 SATA III drive.

The aluminum body with a ribbed surface and the thermal pad help dissipate heat. The screwless opening makes it easy to install and remove the drive, while the LED indicators show connection and data transfer activity.
