Instructions for color-enhanced lips:
- Apply the tip of the Pastello Lipcolor to precisely follow the outline of the lips.
- Fill in the lips with rich and creamy color.
The Pastello Lipcolor is a true lipstick, but can also be used as a regular lip pencil.
