Enigma Eye Pencil

Eye pencil with high blending capability and a natural formula of binding ingredients. Ideal for use as kohl, eyeliner, and as a base to enhance eyeshadows and powders.

Color: Stunning electric cobalt blue, with high opacity and saturation, exuding a different dimension.

Uses:

• Kohl: Can be applied as kohl on the inner eye line to enhance the gaze, with light colors helping the eyes appear larger, while darker shades accentuate their shape.
• Base: Apply the Pastel over the entire eyelid surface, blend it with a soft brush, then add a similar or contrasting eyeshadow shade.
• Eyeliner: Draw the upper lash line with the Pastel and use an eyeliner brush to extend the color outward for a perfect finish.
• Smokey Eyes: Define the lash line and the gradient area of the eye with fine strokes, then blend with a soft brush and finish with an intermediate eyeshadow.

Set the Pastel line with a powder eyeshadow or a bit of transparent face powder to prolong wear.
