Tight Regular Loose
It really is a very soft shoe, lightweight and goes with almost everything. However, on the first day my mother wore them, they rubbed her and the back kept coming off, causing her foot to slip. Unfortunately, it doesn't have any adjustment to tighten it; it's like an elastic band.
