Apply the paste with a brush in a single layer on the surface of your decoupage. It is an acrylic-based, water-based, transparent paste with iridescent glitter. It can be applied with a palette knife or brush. When dried, it becomes transparent, creating an impressive three-dimensional (3D) surface.
