Usage: Simply cut the insole to your shoe size using the cutting guide line. Place it in your shoes with the fabric side facing up. It is recommended to replace the insoles every 6 months or sooner if signs of wear appear. Hand wash in warm soapy water (30°C) and dry flat, away from direct heat. Machine washing is not recommended.
