The TODL next meets the R129 standard, a new EU regulation concerning child car seat safety that classifies seats according to the child's height. The reason R129 is safer includes:

  • Better protection of the head, neck, and spine with special tests for frontal, side, and rear collisions.
  • Use of advanced Q-type dummies with sensitive sensors to simulate the vulnerability of newborns' bodies.
  • Requires rear-facing transport up to 15 months, reducing the impact of collision forces by five times.

The seat offers comfort with 5 recline positions and height adjustable in 6 different settings, adapting to the child's needs at every stage of development. It is part of the innovative Next System and is used together with the Isofix BASE next i-Size base.

It features a smart SIP system and EPP foam material for maximum shock absorption, as well as a patented memory system for maximum absorption in side collisions. Rear-facing use is recommended as long as possible, up to 105 cm in height.
