Tight Regular Loose
Very nice shoe and good quality, however I am taking off one star because it is supposed to be for crossfit/gym, but the sole, especially towards the back, makes a "heel" which is not ideal for crossfit/gym, it should have been more cut off.
Πολυ ωραιο παπουτσι και καλη ποιοτητα, ωστοσο κοβω ενα αστερακι γιατι υποτιθεται πως ειναι για crossfit/gym, αλλα ο πατος ειδικα προς τα πισω κανει ενα "τακουνι" το οποιο δεν ειναι ιδανικο για crossfit/gym, θα επρεπε να ηταν πιο κοφτος.
Get them one size smaller than your regular sports shoes.
