The IC-2730E is the latest wireless transceiver from Icom with Bluetooth capability. This impressive dual-band VHF/UHF wireless transceiver offers simultaneous VHF/VHF, UHF/UHF, and VHF/UHF reception.
It features an independent controller, separate controller, and large display, making it ideal for easy and intuitive operation in the car.
An alternative option is the Bluetooth VS-3 headset, which allows wireless control of the IC-2730E with three programmable buttons and VOX function for hands-free communication. The UT-133 Bluetooth® port must be installed on the IC-2730E.
The display of the IC-2730E is 1.5 times larger than its predecessor IC-E2725 and features white backlighting, offering higher contrast.
Easy installation in the car is achieved with the optional MBF-1 mounting base, which in combination with the MBA-5 control base offers easy tilt and rotation adjustments for mobile operation. The large suction cup can be mounted on dashboards or other flat surfaces and is easily removable.
The provided remote control microphone HM-207 allows you to control various settings. The illuminated buttons facilitate operation in low-light conditions.
As a dual-band transceiver, the IC-2730E offers simultaneous VHF/VHF, UHF/UHF, and VHF/UHF reception. A simple press of a button allows switching between the main (transmitting) band and the sub-band.
