RAKI enameled pot with lid, capacity 7L, made of carbon steel. The product is enameled through dipping, ensuring a durable and high-quality coating compared to spray enamel. As a result of this process, small spots may appear on the exterior surface of the product, marks from the drying clamps.
Instructions for preparation before first use: add water and salt to the container in a ratio of 2 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water. Bring the liquid to a boil and then remove the container from heat. Wait for it to cool completely and then drain it.
Usage and maintenance instructions:
- Avoid hitting the product with metal utensils, as the enamel is fragile and small cracks may form.
- Follow appropriate thermal changes. Do not pour cold liquids into hot products and vice versa.
- Do not leave the product with liquids in the freezer, as the expansion of liquids will damage the enamel.
- Never leave an empty enameled product on the stove, as overheating will destroy it.
- Do not place the product on burners smaller than the diameter of the product.
- For cleaning burnt food, add cold water to the product with a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda, and leave it for 1 - 1.5 hours. Then wash with water and regular dish soap using a soft sponge.
- The use of cleaners with abrasive materials or metal scrubbers is prohibited.
- If the enamel begins to fade, boil the product in water with a small amount of dish detergent and then rinse thoroughly with hot water.
- Do not use the product if the interior enamel is damaged.
- The product can be placed in the oven at temperatures up to 95-150 °C without affecting its protective coating.
