The Orion roasting pan is rectangular and deep, made of cast aluminum with a double-layer PFLUON GRANIT non-stick interior coating. Its lid is shaped like a grill pan, which can also be used separately for frying. The set also includes a glass lid with a dispenser for liquid seasonings. It is suitable for cooking with minimal fat and for use in the oven and on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops.
The roasting pan is heat-resistant up to 230 °C, and the glass lid up to 200 °C. The set components are dishwasher-safe.
