The Muellerguard Mouthguard has been designed by a dentist and helps reduce the risk of dental injury during intense sports activities. Its thin front wall construction does not affect speech or breathing, while the thick rear area helps absorb shocks.

Fitting instructions:

• Fill a saucepan with some water and bring it to a boil.
• Remove the water from the heat source.
• Place the mouthguard in the hot water for 90 seconds.
• Remove the guard with a slotted spoon and cool it under running tap water for 1-2 seconds.
• Lick your lips before placing the guard in your mouth.
• Align the guard with the center line of your upper teeth.
• Hold the guard over and around the upper teeth with the tongue side facing up.
• Bring the lower jaw forward and upward to the base of the mouthguard.
• Close your mouth and bite down hard on the guard.
• Suck hard and use your fingers to press the edges of the guard against your teeth and the roof of your mouth.
• Remove the guard and cool it under running tap water for 30 seconds.
• Try again for a good, secure fit.
