The Muellerguard Mouthguard is designed by a dentist with the aim of reducing the risk of dental injury during sports. Its thin front wall construction allows comfortable speaking and breathing, while the thicker back area helps absorb shocks.

Fitting instructions:

• Fill a pot with some water and bring it to a boil.
• Remove the water from the heat source.
• Immediately place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds.
• Remove the mouthguard from the hot water with a slotted spoon.
• Cool the mouthguard under running tap water for 1-2 seconds.
• Moisten your lips before placing the mouthguard in your mouth.
• Align the mouthguard with the center line of your upper teeth.
• Place the guard over and around the upper teeth and press firmly.
• Bring the lower jaw forward and upwards toward the base of the mouthguard.
• Close your mouth while biting down on the mouthguard.
• Suck and press the edges of the mouthguard for 20 seconds.
• Remove it and cool under running tap water for 30 seconds.
• Test for a good fit. Repeat if necessary.
