The Muellerguard Mouthguard, designed by a dentist, helps reduce the risk of dental injury during intense sports. Its thin front wall construction does not affect speech or breathing, while the thick rear area contributes to shock absorption.

Fitting instructions:

• Fill a pot with some water and bring it to a boil.
• Remove the water from the heat source.
• Place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds.
• Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water using a slotted spoon.
• Cool the mouthguard under tap water for 1-2 seconds.
• Lick your lips before placing the mouthguard in your mouth.
• Align the mouthguard with the center line of the upper teeth.
• Place the mouthguard over and around the upper teeth.
• Close your mouth and bite down firmly on the mouthguard.
• Suck in strongly and press the edges of the mouthguard against the teeth and the roof of the mouth.
• Remove the mouthguard and cool it under tap water for 30 seconds.
• Test for a good fit, repeating the steps if necessary.
