The Milwaukee HSS-G tap combines drilling, thread cutting and deburring in one tool, completing all three tasks in a single operation. It is suitable for use with cordless or corded drills, as well as cordless impact drivers when the recommended drilling speed is observed.

It cuts metric ISO threads according to DIN 13 and is used for drilling in plastics, sheet steel and non-alloyed materials with a tensile strength of up to 800 N/mm². Suitable cutting oil is required for tapping.
