Description & Specifications

The Guardini Xbake rectangular springform cake pan features an ILAG non-stick coating that is free from PFAS and PTFE and reinforced with ceramic particles. Its specially designed “salvagoccia” base prevents leaks during baking. It is made from ArcelorMittal Eco-Steel XCarb® steel, with a thickness optimised for heat transfer.

The coating is applied using Coil Coating technology to ensure even coverage across the surface. Before first use, wash the pan and lightly grease it with oil or butter. Hand washing and immediate drying are recommended. Avoid using metal or sharp utensils.
