Description & Specifications

The Guardini Juliette silicone mould with a central tube is designed for Ciambella (Savarin-style) cakes. The tube helps heat reach the centre of the mixture, allowing the cake to bake evenly. Its flexible, non-stick surface makes it easy to release the cake from the mould while preserving its embossed details.

Suitable for conventional ovens, microwaves, refrigerators and freezers, it is also dishwasher-safe. It withstands temperatures from -40°C to 260°C and can be transferred directly from the freezer to the oven. Before first use, wash thoroughly and lightly grease with butter. Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes before unmoulding. Do not expose the mould to direct flames or use it with metal or sharp utensils.
