The 6th edition of the work "The New Code of Organization of Courts and Status of Judicial Officers" became necessary due to the changes introduced in Law 4938/2022, which established the new legal framework for the organization and operation of the Courts as well as the status of Judicial Officers.

Specifically, the work consists of the First, Second, and Third Sections of Law 4938/2022, which is updated up to Law 5282/2026, and includes, among others, provisions concerning:

• The establishment, merger, and abolition of courts & prosecutor's offices
• Electronic justice & provision for telematics courts
• The service changes of judicial officers
• A new inspection system for courts & prosecutor's offices

It is a user-friendly, compact code with a flexible format, primarily a tool for every judicial officer, but also for every practicing lawyer and legal professional in general.
