I compared it with Amouage Guidance 46, yes they share the same DNA. How much of a clone is it? I would say about 85%, because the 46 has incredible longevity.
    It is safe for the workplace and all day I would say.
    Update: After 8 hours on me, I would say it resembles Guidance 46 less. About 65-70% similarity
