Tragic. I paid around 10 euros for the order because I convinced myself that because it is Spalding, it will be good. I put it in an outdoor basketball court and from the 2nd day, it started to collapse. Even the nets from the jumbo store that cost 1 euro last for 2 weeks.
Τραγικό. Πλήρωσα γύρω στα 10 ευρώ για την παραγγελία γιατι έπεισα τον εαυτό μου πως επειδή είναι Spalding θα είναι και καλο. Το έβαλα σε εξωτερική μπασκετα και από την 2η μέρα άρχισε να καταρρέει. Μέχρι και τα δυχτακια από το jumbo με 1 ευρώ κρατάνε 2 εβδομάδες.
The installation took place on 25/05/2023 in an outdoor area in the square. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, this net was a very satisfactory purchase for us. I will come back and let you know how long it lasted once it has been put to use.
-UPDATE: They lasted for a month, but the sun damaged them and the ball tore them. I recommend purchasing only if it is for INDOOR USE (even though it claims to be suitable for all weather conditions and outdoor use), as it is an affordable net, fits well on the rim, and has the right silhouette compared to other budget options. Beyond that, I would probably go for a chain or HEAVY DUTY net for outdoor use.

Συστήνω την αγορά μόνο εάν αφορά ΕΣΩΤΕΡΙΚΟ ΧΩΡΟ (και ας γράφει ότι είναι παντός καιρού και κάνει για έξω) διότι είναι οικονομικό δυχτάκι, εφαρμόζει καλά στη στεφάνη και έχει σωστή σιλουέτα σε αντίθεση με άλλες οικονομικές επιλογές.
Απο εκεί και πέρα μάλλον θα πήγαινα ή σε αλυσίδα ή σε HEAVY DUTY για εξωτερικό χώρο.

The 8279 (as well as the 8284 which is the same in white) is the simple, thin, nylon net by Spalding (weighing 50 gr). It's fine, fits well, but not heavy duty. The heavy duty one is the 8219 (8235 in white) and it weighs 220 gr. I bought both, let's see how long they will last.
Update 4/1/22: 4 nets were placed in an open public court and lasted for 3 months.
