Construction Materials & Upper Design

The upper of the New Balance Fresh Foam X More v4 features advanced engineered mesh, providing targeted support and breathability in high-heat areas. The fabric structure hugs the foot without applying unwanted pressure to the instep. Reinforced construction around the collar and tongue stabilizes the heel and ankle, preventing the foot from slipping inside the shoe during movement.

Fresh Foam X Technology & Sole Geometry

The midsole features the tallest Fresh Foam X foam construction in the New Balance range, providing outstanding impact absorption and joint protection. The wider sole base increases the contact area with the ground, providing natural stability despite the increased stack height. At the same time, the rocker-style design (curved geometry) helps ensure a smooth, continuous transition from heel to toe with every stride.

Outsole & Traction

The outsole incorporates sections of durable composite rubber positioned in the areas that experience the greatest stress during landing and push-off. This design keeps the shoe’s overall weight low while ensuring reliable grip and abrasion resistance on dry and wet asphalt surfaces.
