The 8th edition of the pocket code "Insolvency Legislation" includes Law 4738/2020 on insolvency, as amended by Law 5259/2025.

It also contains Regulation (EU) 2015/848 on insolvency proceedings and Law 3858/2010 regarding the harmonization of Greek legislation for Cross-Border Insolvency.

Additionally, it includes an informational appendix with all relevant decisions issued in implementation of Law 4738/2020.
