Preparation instructions:

• For a hot drink: Add 1 scoop (40g) to 200ml whole milk, heat at 75°C while stirring until it acquires a thick texture.
• For a cold drink: Mix 1 full scoop (50g) with 130-140ml whole milk and whisk in a shaker or blender with ice cubes.
