Usage instructions:

• Connect the armrest to the side of the main unit and plug the main unit into the outlet using the adapter.
• Connect the pedal to the back of the main unit and select the pedal function using the button on the back of the unit, then press the ON/OFF button to start.
• Select the rotation direction (Forward or Reverse) using the button. Adjust the rotation speed using the adjustment wheel.
• Press the pause button to enable or disable the pause function.
