Vitex Steganol bituminous primer is used to prepare surfaces before bonding bituminous membranes. It is based on bitumen and solvents, dries quickly, and forms a protective film that is resistant to water, dilute acid solutions, and alkalis.
It is applied with a brush and adheres to concrete, lightweight concrete, metal, wood, stone, brick, and plasterboard. When used as a primer before bonding bituminous membranes, dilute it with 20% gasoline.
