The Milly Mally Optimus Max tricycle converts into five configurations and can be used as a pedal tricycle, balance bike, or tricycle with a parent handle. It features a metal frame, a three-point safety harness with reflective elements, and a protective bar. It is suitable for children aged 12–36 months and weighing up to 25 kg.

The seat and parent handle are adjustable, and the seat back can be removed. The rear wheels fold, and a steering limiter prevents excessive turning. When using the parent handle, the pedals can be stored under the frame as footrests; in this configuration, they are removed from the front wheel. In balance bike mode, there is no brake, and the child moves and stops using their feet.
