The Truth or Drink board game is a party game for 2–8 players aged 21 and over. It includes 410 personal questions across four levels of intimacy, ranging from icebreaker questions to more daring and revealing ones. The second edition contains over 80% new or revised questions compared with the original.
The questions are divided into the Happy Hour, On the Rocks, Last Call, and Extra Dirty sections. The game also includes Buy a Round cards, which invite more players to answer a question, as well as blank cards for creating your own questions.
