King of Tokyo: Halloween, also known as "Collector's Pack 1," is an expansion for the base game. This expansion includes two terrifying monsters, Pumpkin Jack and Boogie Woogie, along with 8 evolution cards for each monster that are added to the base game. Among the new features, there are also dice in orange and black colors and 12 costume cards with powerful effects that can be stolen if any monster hits you 3 times. These cards can be combined with those of the base game.
Additionally, King of Tokyo: Halloween includes an exclusive promotional card for a new standalone game, King of New York, which was released in 2014.
