Easy to use BUT it is incredibly slow! It takes over 12 minutes to warm up 90ml of milk in a small glass Philips Avent bottle! Meanwhile, the baby is screaming! Whenever we warm the bottle with the traditional bain-marie method (bowl and hot water), it takes my friend's (kiko) bottle only 4 minutes for medium temperature or 6 minutes if I want it quite warm! By the time I change her diaper, her milk is ready!

The first time it didn't work. I took it to the service and they replaced the device for me. Now the second device heats the water for 5 minutes and then leaves it frozen. It doesn't have a sound to notify you when it's ready. Very disappointing.
