The Sunkko 737G+ pulse battery spot welder is specially designed for welding applications on every type of battery cell, such as Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, NCA, NMC, Li-ion, Li-Po, Li-SOCl2, Li-Mn, LiFePO4, and LiMn2O2. The product offers high power up to 4.3kW and maximum output current up to 1200A, allowing for stronger welds with better penetration into the material.
Dual operating modes: The device features two welding modes. The first is the fixed welding head, suitable for quick and repetitive tasks, and the second is the welding pen, which allows welding of large or stationary battery packs without lifting the batteries.
Pulse operation: The pulse welding function ensures controlled power delivery with reduced thermal stress on the cells, preventing overheating and damage.
Automatic and manual operation: Supports two activation modes: AT Mode (Automatic), where welding is performed automatically upon contact detection, and MT Mode (Manual), which allows absolute timing control via foot pedal.
Electric file: Includes an electric file accessory, ideal for grinding and shaping nickel strips, thus preparing weld points and connections accurately without damaging the cells.
Applications: Widely used for the assembly and repair of battery packs, electric bicycles, scooters, power tools and portable devices, as well as in DIY and hobby projects.
